Born and raised in North Carolina, Eliana moved to Charleston in 2021 to pursue college and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. While in school, she discovered a passion that extended far beyond the classroom: social media, storytelling, and the power of meaningful connection through digital marketing.

Over the course of two years working with Dusty Tails Animal Rescue, Eliana managed social media, created engaging content, coordinated community outreach, and planned events — including helping execute a successful fundraising gala at Water's Edge on Shem Creek. Through this experience, she saw firsthand how intentional marketing and authentic storytelling could help organizations grow, connect with their audience, and make a lasting impact.

Today, through Captured by Eliana, she combines creativity and strategy to help small businesses and nonprofits elevate their online presence through intentional content, branding, and social media management.
